Christmas Blur
We had a great Christmas 2012.... but man was it busy!!
Jack was in Staten Island, NY for a mission trip doing Hurricane Sandy relief from December 12-18. We kept our days busy with projects, snacks, children's museum, trip to the zoo and seeing the Lights Before Christmas at the zoo.
Then on December 19 Noah and Josiah had their Christmas program at school.
Then December 20 we went to Georgia with Christmas with my family. We had a great time. Grammy had fun Christmas activities planned- Christmas party games, the (not-so) Mini-Van express (they rented a 15 passenger van and we drove around with hot cocoa looking at lights), we opened presents and played with them, we had a great time.
We came home from GA on the afternoon of the 23rd and had Christmas Eve and Christmas morning here at our home. What fun we had together!
Then on the 26th we traveled up to Virginia to see Jack's parents. We opened gifts, played outside, Nana and I did some great clearance shopping, Jack and Paw-Paw worked in his workshop, we went to a museum and played on Nana and Paw-Paws iPads. It was really fun! On the 29th we came home.
On December 31 we drove back to Georgia to drop off the kids before Jack and I went to Passion 2013 in the Georgia Dome. What an awesome, God-honoring, worship-filled few days.
We got back from Passion on the afternoon of the 5th and school started back on the 7th! Whew!! What a whirlwind of a holiday! But a grace-filled, blessed one!
